In this role, you’ll support Financial Planners in all their administrative investment activities, while participating in business development activities with clients.

Your job:

Optimize interactions with clients on the technical, administrative and operational aspects of their investment transactions.
Use an advisory approach by detecting opportunities and referring clients to the right specialist.
Propose transaction and investment solutions when analyzing client files, if required.
Support Financial Planners in data analysis and solving complex files to satisfy clients.
Ensure compliance with the processes used and the implementation of new features.
Ensure adherence to compliance and risk management rules.

This position reports to the Senior Manager, Exclusive Remote Advisor Services.

Prerequisites:

High school diploma and 3 years of relevant experience or college diploma and 1 year of relevant experience
Mutual Fund Representative (MFR) license (or obtain certification within 3 months of hiring)
Experience in customer service and interest in business development
Basic investment knowledge
Experience in administrative support and in processing investment, financing and transaction products
Proficient with IT tools and comfortable navigating digital tools
Ability to rigorously manage several requests at the same time

Languages: English, French Reason to require this language: you will need to serve clients who speak a language other than French regularly.
