Your Impact

Support field investigations, inspections, and construction monitoring activities across a variety of municipal and infrastructure projects.
Perform materials testing (soil, asphalt, concrete) to help ensure projects meet design, safety, and regulatory standards.
Document field observations accurately and prepare clear, data‑driven daily reports that inform critical project decisions.
Collaborate closely with engineers, designers, and construction teams to resolve issues and maintain project progress.
Apply WSP safety standards and contribute to a strong culture of safe field practices.
Assist with quality assurance/quality control procedures that support long‑lasting, community‑focused infrastructure.

The Skills That Set You Apart

Hands‑on experience in construction, materials testing, field inspection, or related applied technical work.
Comfortable working outdoors, in the field, and on active construction sites while meeting all safety requirements.
Ability to use tools and equipment commonly used in construction testing and inspection (e.g., compaction testing tools, concrete testing equipment).
Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain precise documentation and high‑quality data collection.
A collaborative, solutions‑focused mindset with a desire to contribute to meaningful community projects.

Compensation:

AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $51,800 – $68,600
MB & ON: $47,200 – $65,000
NB, NL, NS, PEI & QC: $46,800 – $62,100
