The Regional Visual Merchandiser coaches, trains and develops the Visual and Merchandising Team as well as the Store Operations Team to achieve Company standards on prop placement, lighting, styling and accessorizing of mannequins, merchandising, navigation, store planning, promotion presentations and how-to’s, installation techniques, maintenance standards. How will you support the team? Support and execute, with the Visual Presentation and store teams, windows & in-store set-ups, navigation changes and any different moves in stores to support the business. Conduct conference calls with Visual Presentation and store teams to review visual set-ups and window changes. Communicate regularly with Regional Managers regarding scheduling, training, and individual store opportunities. Assist the Regional Manager and the Visual Merchandiser with store visits to assess visual training opportunities. Participate in new store openings and renovations within region or anywhere needed by the Company. Voice any problem, challenge, and opportunity about Store Operations Teams’ training to the Regional Manager, in a timely manner. Participate or facilitate national visual presentation training workshops for Store Operations and Visual Presentation Teams. Recruit Visual Merchandisers and assists in the recruitment of In-Store Merchandisers utilizing all Company recruitment tools. Oversee the training and development of all new Visual Presentation Team members joining the company. Ensure the visual and merchandising autonomy of the store teams with Visual Merchandisers and Regional Managers. Ensure the development and succession of the Visual Presentation Team (In-Store Merchandisers and Visual Merchandisers). Ensure that all Visual Presentation Team members are aware of and understand all new and existing Company policies and procedures (e.g. Dress Code, Loss Prevention, Health & Safety and Human Resources). Assist the Director of Visual Presentation in developing the Company's visual and merchandising training schedule. Complete all assigned administrative functions with accuracy and in a timely manner. Supports 5 or more stores, or the equivalent, depending on sales volume of each store. The people who thrive with us have: Minimum of 5 years of experience in fashion with a strong background in display/merchandising Minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership role and passion for coaching and developing others Experience in dressing and handling mannequins as well as merchandising skills Strong ability to coach and train others Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Professionalism and discretion Detail oriented with strong follow-through skills Able to adapt to changes and work on adaptable schedules Demonstrates fashion flair and creativity. Ability to work physically Ability to support and work in teams Exhibits initiative and self-direction Experience recruiting Possesses overall retail vision and business acumen.
