CSN Autolab Group is growing and has a second location in the heart of the Calgary Automall. We are seeking skilled and experienced Collision Repair Appraisers to join our team at both locations. The successful candidate will play a key role in providing accurate repair plans and estimates, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of our business. We may also be willing to train the right person with a great attitude and automotive or collision experience.

Responsibilities:

    • Proficiency in estimating software (e.g., Mitchell, Audatex).
    • Knowledge of parts sourcing and ordering procedures.
    • Ability to accurately read and interpret damage reports.
    • Familiarity with insurance company protocols and guidelines.
  • Customer Service and Communication:
    • Clearly communicate repair details and plans to customers.
    • Demonstrate professionalism and empathy when interacting with customers.
    • Effectively manage customer expectations.
    • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Efficiency and Time Management:
    • Provide accurate and timely repair plans and estimates.
    • Meet deadlines for estimate and plan submission.
    • Prioritize tasks effectively during high-volume periods.
  • Teamwork and Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with technicians to ensure plan and estimate accuracy.
    • Demonstrate willingness to assist teammates when needed.
    • Maintain a positive attitude in team settings.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Collision Repair Estimator/Planner.
  • Strong knowledge of collision repair procedures and estimating software.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
