The Prince George Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation Program is a multidisciplinary program for individuals managing cardiovascular or other chronic conditions who would benefit from supervised exercise sessions, as well as education about their illness.

Major Responsibilities- in this position, you will:

Maintain related paperwork and record keeping
Maintain qualifications as required by the position
Work in a fast paced and changing environment
Organize and schedule appointments
Ensure accurate record-keeping in data entry systems, in spreadsheets and reports
Maintain competency in using industry-specific software and administrative procedures
Work as part of a team, in a busy environment

Qualifications-you bring:

Strong communication skills, both spoken and written
At least 1 years’ experience in administrative services or related fields
Familiarity with office technology and equipment, including computers, fax machines, scanners, printers, phone systems, etc.
Have access to reliable transportation
Proactive, organized approach to multitasking
Successful candidate will be required to provide 3 satisfactory references
Successful candidates will be required to provide a current and satisfactory Criminal Record check with a Vulnerable sector search issued no later than six (6) months preceding the start date.
