In this role, you will:
Lead the strategic vision, roadmap, and execution of enterprise application and digital product solutions aligned with organizational priorities.
Provide leadership and direction to enterprise application teams and the solution architecture function, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
Oversee the full lifecycle of enterprise applications and digital products, from strategy and design through implementation, adoption, support, and continuous improvement.
Lead the design and architecture of enterprise solutions leveraging Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related technologies
Drive large-scale digital transformation and technology initiatives, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timelines.
Establish and oversee technology governance, risk management, security, compliance, and data privacy frameworks.
Manage technology budgets, forecasting, resource planning, and investment decisions to ensure effective use of organizational resources.
Build and manage strategic vendor partnerships, contracts, and service level agreements to ensure quality and value delivery.
Partner with senior leaders and stakeholders across the organization to influence decision-making and align technology solutions with business objectives.
Identify and leverage emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices to enhance organizational performance, innovation, and customer experience
What we are looking for:
University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum 12 years of progressive leadership experience in technology, enterprise applications, digital products, or related fields.
Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams and foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation.
Experience leading large-scale technology programs, enterprise application implementations, and digital transformation initiatives.
Deep knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem, including ERP, CRM, Field Service, and Contact Centre solutions.
Strong understanding of cloud computing, cybersecurity, infrastructure, artificial intelligence, data management, and technology operations.
Experience developing, managing, and forecasting budgets and resources in a complex organizational environment.
Exceptional communication, influence, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Microsoft Dynamics, TOGAF, PMP, or related certifications are considered assets.
Fluency in English is required; French is an asset.
Working Conditions:
As we work with and support people (managers, colleagues, beneficiaries/customers, volunteers, donors and external partners) and communities in Canada and around the world, applicants whose first language is not English may be required to perform the responsibilities of the role in English.
The majority of the work is performed in an office or remote office environment with significant focus, analysis, and attention to detail required.
The role requires the ability to manage multiple priorities, respond to urgent issues, and work within tight and often competing deadlines.
Domestic and occasional international travel may be required.
