In this role, you will:

  • Lead the strategic vision, roadmap, and execution of enterprise application and digital product solutions aligned with organizational priorities.

  • Provide leadership and direction to enterprise application teams and the solution architecture function, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.

  • Oversee the full lifecycle of enterprise applications and digital products, from strategy and design through implementation, adoption, support, and continuous improvement.

  • Lead the design and architecture of enterprise solutions leveraging Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related technologies

  • Drive large-scale digital transformation and technology initiatives, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timelines.

  • Establish and oversee technology governance, risk management, security, compliance, and data privacy frameworks.

  • Manage technology budgets, forecasting, resource planning, and investment decisions to ensure effective use of organizational resources.

  • Build and manage strategic vendor partnerships, contracts, and service level agreements to ensure quality and value delivery.

  • Partner with senior leaders and stakeholders across the organization to influence decision-making and align technology solutions with business objectives.

  • Identify and leverage emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices to enhance organizational performance, innovation, and customer experience

What we are looking for:

  • University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Minimum 12 years of progressive leadership experience in technology, enterprise applications, digital products, or related fields.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams and foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation.

  • Experience leading large-scale technology programs, enterprise application implementations, and digital transformation initiatives.

  • Deep knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem, including ERP, CRM, Field Service, and Contact Centre solutions.

  • Strong understanding of cloud computing, cybersecurity, infrastructure, artificial intelligence, data management, and technology operations.

  • Experience developing, managing, and forecasting budgets and resources in a complex organizational environment.

  • Exceptional communication, influence, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Microsoft Dynamics, TOGAF, PMP, or related certifications are considered assets.

  • Fluency in English is required; French is an asset.

Working Conditions:

  • The majority of the work is performed in an office or remote office environment with significant focus, analysis, and attention to detail required.

  • The role requires the ability to manage multiple priorities, respond to urgent issues, and work within tight and often competing deadlines.

  • Domestic and occasional international travel may be required.
