As a Billing Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in delivering accurate and timely invoicing while working closely with project and finance teams. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals looking to build a strong foundation within a leading global firm.

Your Impact

Set up and manage billing terms in internal systems for an assigned portfolio of projects and clients
Obtain additional billing details to ensure accuracy and escalate billing issues or concerns to the Regional Billing Manager
Generate and submit invoice drafts and supporting documentation to reviewers/approvers; revise as required
Prepare and issue final invoice packages to clients within required timelines while maintaining a high level of accuracy
Collaborate with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Project Managers, and Project Accountants to resolve issues efficiently
Assess billing workflows and recommend improvements to reduce turnaround time and enhance efficiency
Perform reconciliation of billing, data entry, filing, and organization of supporting documentation; prepare reports and spreadsheets as needed
Take on additional billing and administrative responsibilities as required

The Skills That Set You Apart

Completed post-secondary education in Finance or Accounting
Ideal opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals
Previous billing experience considered an asset
Solid understanding of accounts receivable, collections, and customer service principles
Eligibility to work in Canada without restrictions
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Analytical mindset with high attention to detail and strong problem-solving capabilities
Ability to demonstrate professionalism, tact, and diplomacy with internal and external stakeholders
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Compensation

AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $66,700 - $88,400
MB & ON: $60,900 - $83,800
NB, NL, NS, PE & QC: $60,300 - $80,000
