• Monitor project budgets, schedules, and expenditures to support effective forecasting and performance tracking
• Provide Project Managers with regular updates on progress, risks, and financial trends
• Liaise with subcontractors and vendors, supporting procurement, invoicing, and contract administration
• Develop and maintain project budgets and schedules, identifying and escalating issues proactively
• Collaborate with accounting teams to support client invoicing compliance and timely payments
• Coordinate project communications, documentation, and deliverables across teams and stakeholders
• Support logistics, resource planning, and mobilization to ensure efficient project execution
• Working knowledge of project management principles (PMI or similar frameworks)
• Strong organizational and coordination experience within project environments
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience supporting project controls, budgeting, scheduling, or procurement activities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Project) and Adobe; Oracle or Power BI is an asset
• Experience in consulting, mining, construction, or engineering environments is considered an asset

Build the Future with UsPlay a pivotal role in delivering complex mining and resource projects as a Senior Project Coordinator. In this role, you’ll partner with Project Managers and multidisciplinary teams to drive project excellence—ensuring schedules, budgets, and deliverables are executed with precision.
