The Senior Specialist, Growth Marketing & Partnerships is responsible for driving sustainable business growth through customer acquisition, lead management, strategic partnerships, digital marketing, marketing technology, and emerging growth channels.
The role oversees end-to-end growth initiatives, from lead generation and qualification to customer conversion and engagement. Working closely with local and regional stakeholders, the incumbent will leverage customer insights, MarTech capabilities, ecosystem partnerships, content strategies, and AI-driven discovery platforms to optimize marketing performance and business outcomes.
The role also serves as a key connector between regional growth strategies and local market execution, ensuring global best practices are adapted effectively to Cambodia's business needs while maintaining an efficient and scalable operating model.
Key Responsibilities
Growth Strategy & Customer Acquisition
- Develop and execute growth marketing initiatives that drive customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and business growth.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer acquisition efficiency across digital and offline channels.
- Support the development of growth frameworks and scalable go-to-market strategies aligned with business priorities.
- Monitor market trends, customer behavior, competitive activities, and emerging growth opportunities.
End-to-End Lead Management
- Own and optimize the lead management lifecycle from lead generation through qualification, nurturing, handover, conversion tracking, and reporting.
- Define lead qualification models and collaborate with Distribution teams to improve lead quality and conversion effectiveness.
- Work closely with sales and distribution stakeholders to establish service-level agreements and lead management governance.
- Identify opportunities for automation, lead scoring, segmentation, and performance optimization.
Strategic Partnerships & Ecosystem Growth
- Develop and manage strategic partnerships to drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and customer engagement.
- Identify opportunities to leverage partner databases, affinity programs, ecosystem platforms, and corporate partnerships for lead generation.
- Create and execute joint marketing initiatives, co-branded campaigns, and partner activation programs.
- Explore partnerships that provide value-added services supporting customer wellness, financial literacy, longevity, and customer experience objectives.
- Monitor partnership performance and optimize growth opportunities across partner channels.
Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) & Content Strategy
- Develop strategies to improve brand visibility across AI-powered discovery platforms and generative search environments.
- Partner with content, SEO, and digital teams to optimize content structures and discoverability in emerging search ecosystems.
- Build content strategies that support customer acquisition, engagement, education, and conversion objectives.
- Identify opportunities to leverage first-party data, customer insights, and thought leadership content to improve digital visibility and demand generation.
Marketing Technology & Growth Analytics
- Leverage Adobe Marketing Cloud capabilities to improve campaign targeting, measurement, and customer experience.
- Utilize Adobe Analytics and related tools to generate actionable marketing insights.
- Partner with Digital, IT, and Analytics teams to drive customer data utilization across acquisition and engagement initiatives.
- Support experimentation programs including A/B testing, journey optimization, and conversion rate improvement.
- Contribute to Customer Data Platform (CDP) initiatives that strengthen audience segmentation and personalization capabilities.
Influencer & Third-Party Content Management
- Develop and manage influencer marketing initiatives that support awareness, engagement, and lead generation objectives.
- Identify, evaluate, and manage content creators, industry experts, and external partners.
- Establish performance frameworks and measurement methodologies for influencer programs.
- Manage third-party content collaborations and content syndication opportunities that support business growth objectives.
Regional Collaboration & Strategic Alignment
- Act as a key liaison between regional and local stakeholders on growth marketing initiatives.
- Translate regional strategies, frameworks, and best practices into practical local execution plans.
- Communicate effectively with senior regional stakeholders and provide actionable business recommendations.
- Ensure local priorities are considered while maintaining alignment with regional objectives and governance requirements.
Cross-Market Capability Building
- Share growth marketing best practices, campaign learnings, and innovation opportunities across emerging markets.
- Identify opportunities to create cross-market synergies in acquisition, content, partnerships, customer engagement, and go-to-market models.
- Support the development of scalable, cost-efficient marketing capabilities suitable for emerging market environments.
- Simplify complex marketing technology and operational processes into efficient and sustainable execution models.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Digital Marketing, or related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, partnership marketing, marketing technology, customer engagement, or related disciplines.
- Proven experience managing customer acquisition programs and lead generation initiatives.
- Experience building and managing strategic partnerships and ecosystem marketing programs.
- Strong understanding of marketing analytics, customer journeys, and conversion optimization.
- Experience working with senior stakeholders across local and regional teams.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong project management and execution capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in insurance, financial services, fintech, telecommunications, e-commerce, or platform businesses.
- Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud solutions.
- Familiarity with Customer Data Platforms (CDP) and data-driven marketing ecosystems.
- Experience managing influencer and creator partnerships.
- Understanding of SEO, GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), and AI-powered search discovery strategies.
- Exposure to regional or multi-market marketing environments.
- Experience in emerging markets across Asia.
