What will you be doing!

  • Coordinating, overseeing internal staff, and contractor support for workspace moves and design initiatives.
  • Organizing and scheduling work with internal teams and third-party contractors to support office construction, decommissioning, and redesign activities.
  • Acting as a single point of contact for groups undergoing moves, performing pre- and post-move space inspections.
  • Liaising with staff, management, and service providers to ensure coordination of move activities and schedules.
  • Advising clients and service providers of move schedules and design updates.
  • Interacting daily with customers to ensure satisfaction with move and workspace services.
  • Conducting field walks to ensure housekeeping standards are maintained in active and vacated spaces.
  • Supporting designers with coordination and providing updates to teams and stakeholders.
  • Assisting in the safe disassembly and reassembly of office furniture and related equipment.
  • Other duties as assigned by your manager.

What we are looking for:

  • Education
    • Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent.
  • Experience
    • Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience.
  • Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
    • Demonstrated strong teamwork and customer-focused mindset with the ability to deliver quality service.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining attention to detail.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and database systems.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work across all levels of the organization.
    • Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
    • Familiarity with tools, equipment, buildings, and safe work practices including Protective Personal Equipment (PP&E).
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while contributing to a team environment.
    • Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and support continuous improvement.
    • Valid driver’s licence.

Working Conditions:

  • Working schedule: Five (5) days per week, seven and a half (7.5) hours per day for a thirty-seven and a half (37.5) hour work week.
