What will you be doing!

Coordinating, overseeing internal staff, and contractor support for workspace moves and design initiatives.
Organizing and scheduling work with internal teams and third-party contractors to support office construction, decommissioning, and redesign activities.
Acting as a single point of contact for groups undergoing moves, performing pre- and post-move space inspections.
Liaising with staff, management, and service providers to ensure coordination of move activities and schedules.
Advising clients and service providers of move schedules and design updates.
Interacting daily with customers to ensure satisfaction with move and workspace services.
Conducting field walks to ensure housekeeping standards are maintained in active and vacated spaces.
Supporting designers with coordination and providing updates to teams and stakeholders.
Assisting in the safe disassembly and reassembly of office furniture and related equipment.
Other duties as assigned by your manager.

What we are looking for:

Education
- Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent.
Experience
- Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Demonstrated strong teamwork and customer-focused mindset with the ability to deliver quality service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and database systems.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work across all levels of the organization.
- Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with tools, equipment, buildings, and safe work practices including Protective Personal Equipment (PP&E).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while contributing to a team environment.
- Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and support continuous improvement.
- Valid driver’s licence.

Working Conditions:

Working schedule: Five (5) days per week, seven and a half (7.5) hours per day for a thirty-seven and a half (37.5) hour work week.
