You act as the right hand of three Regional Vice Presidents within the Retail Banking sector, with significant autonomy to organize, plan, and coordinate activities. You are a strategic partner, recognized for your ability to optimize time, anticipate needs, and contribute meaningfully to achieving business goals. Bilingual in French and English would be an asset
You can work from one of our offices in British Columbia, Alberta Saskatchewan, Manitoba or remotely depending on where you are located.
Your job
- Proactively coordinate the agenda and emails and carry out rigorous follow-ups with managers.
- Interact confidentially with various bank partners and internal members on various human resources files.
- Carry out follow-ups and/or reminders, when necessary, on tasks in order to support managers.
- Organize internal and external meetings by ensuring administrative follow-up and coordinating all related logistics.
- Provide administrative support to your teams and work closely with the team of assistants in improving the administrative functioning of the department and the development of internal procedures and processes.
- Coordinate and participate in the organization of various events when required.
- Contribute to various projects.

Prerequisites
- Completed vocational or college diploma or five years of relevant experience.
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office Suite and all collaboration tools
- Sense of autonomy, initiative and urgency
- Strong adaptability and proactivity
- Professionalism, thoroughness and confidentiality
- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong ability to work in a team
- Experience working with a large group of employees
