Nature & Scope → Your Role at Roots The International Operations Coordinator is a member of China eCommerce team, reporting directly to the Director of International Business Development. The International Coordinator plays a key role in supporting global operations, ensuring seamless collaboration across logistics, e-commerce, marketing, and administrative functions. This role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and enhance international business processes. Key Responsibilities → How You’ll Make an Impact Optimize invoice and packing list templates, ensuring accurate and timely processing. Coordinate with finance and admin teams to maintain accurate monthly invoices and gifting inventory reports. Streamline vendor coordination, including managing the China hangtag process and ensuring smooth collaboration with partners. Maintain and update the product Masterfile and style mapping, ensuring accuracy in shared product data. Oversee marketing asset coordination with partners to support product launches. Manage the design, sourcing, and pricing of e-commerce packaging, leading to successful implementation. Collect and analyze product quality feedback, liaising with vendors and internal teams to drive improvements. Collaborate with IT and Technical Design teams to automate product measurement data retrieval, enhancing efficiency. Organize and share e-commerce and campaign images with partners to maintain brand consistency. Review social media content to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and market preferences. Assist in short video production, optimizing processes for efficiency and quality. Coordinate SMU sample requests with studio and sample teams to support marketing campaigns. Qualifications & Experience → The Skills You Bring Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, supply chain, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in an administrative, e-commerce, logistics, or marketing support role. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, working effectively with global teams. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, project management tools, and ERP systems is an asset. Experience with e-commerce platforms and marketing asset coordination is preferred. Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and optimize processes. Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese; Mandarin is required.
