  • Build and maintain lasting relationships with real estate brokers and/or home builders.
  • Design and implement business development strategies (digital and in-person) to increase your presence in your market.
  • Actively participate in business development activities and networking events.
  • Apply established processes rigorously and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Your Compensation and Benefits

Your compensation includes:

  • An uncapped commission structure directly tied to your performance and the sale of complementary financial products and services.
  • An annual bonus based on your results, collaboration with your team, and partnerships.

You will also benefit from:

  • A permanent full-time position.
  • A competitive benefits package (insurance, vacation, pension plan, and more).

Your Team

You will be part of a team operating in a hybrid work environment, supported by a Residential Financing Director committed to your development and success.

To help you succeed, you will have access to:

  • Comprehensive onboarding and training from day one.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, ideally within the financial services industry.
  • Knowledge of financing products and services, as well as a basic understanding of complementary financial products and services (insurance, investments, banking services, etc.).
  • Ability to take an end-to-end approach to fully understand clients’ needs and financial objectives.
  • Strong professional rigor, both in technical expertise and in the quality of client service and follow-up.
