学历与经验:计算机相关专业本科及以上学历;5年以上Java后端开发经验,至少1年AI大模型相关项目经验;有保险、银行、证券等金融机构AI项目经验者优先。
技术栈要求:精通Java,熟悉Spring Boot/Cloud、MyBatis、MySQL、Redis、Kafka等主流框架和中间件;具备良好的系统设计能力(高可用、高并发、分布式事务);熟悉金融行业常用技术架构和安全规范。
AI专业能力:深入理解大模型的基本原理(Transformer、Attention、Prompt机制),熟悉RAG、Agent、Function Calling等常见范式;能够独立进行Prompt调优。
框架实践经验:熟练使用LangChain、LlamaIndex、Spring AI中至少一种,并有实际项目落地经验;有金融场景AI应用落地经验。
工程素养:熟悉Docker、Kubernetes、CI/CD流水线;熟悉编码规范、注重代码质量,有单元测试和集成测试习惯;熟悉金融行业系统信息安全规范和审计要求。
行业认知与合规意识:了解保险业务基本流程和监管要求,具备较强的风控和合规意识;熟悉《个人信息保护法》、《数据安全法》在金融场景应用。
综合素质:积极主动,认真负责,责任心强,能主动承担责任;具备良好的沟通能力以及跨部门协作精神;对保险科技有热情,愿意深入理解业务场景。
