Position Overview:
The Franchisee Support Analyst will report directly to the Senior Analyst, Franchise Support, and be responsible to provide ongoing support to our Tim Hortons franchisees. The Support Analyst will be responsible for collections on receivable items, to provide ongoing support to the franchisees and to effectively work cross-functionally to report on any high-risk items.
Responsibilities:
· Responsible to collect receivables due from franchisees owed to Tim Hortons
· Perform account reconciliations assessing billing accuracy
· Responsible to clear cash on account and accordingly allocate wire payments and/or cheque payments to appropriate open accounts
· Responsible to monitor and report on outstanding bad debt balances, flagging any high-risk items
· Effectively communicate cross-functionally on open receivable issues, restaurant closures and other related topics
· Lead weekly calls with the Field, Operations and Finance team whereby large franchisee accounts are proactively monitored
· Maintain franchisee relationships
· Maintain internal systems to ensure accurate restaurant status
· Communicate directly with restaurant owners on collection or billings issues
· Update daily trackers and maintain internal systems
· Coordinate between franchisees, Field representatives and Finance departments
Qualifications & Skills:
· 2+ years of experience in franchise operations, finance, franchising, accounts receivable or a related field
· University degree in finance, business or related field
· High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Outlook)
· Familiarity with Smartsheet and SAP is considered an asset
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – both written & verbal
· Bilingual Candidate would be considered an asset
· Strong organization skills and ability to manage competing priorities
· Ability to establish effective working relationships among team members; ability to develop recommendations, evaluate alternative courses of action, select correct course of action, and follow up, supporting decisions or recommendations with accurate information or reasoning
Base salary range of $70,000 – $85,000CAD. Base salary for this position may vary based on relevant factors such as experience, education, location, and skills. This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s annual discretionary bonus plan, subject to the terms and conditions of the incentive program, based on individual and company performance metrics.

RBI follows a 5 day, in-office work schedule to support collaboration. Successful candidates will be expected to work onsite 5 days per week.
