As a Specialist, you will bring deep expertise in developing solutions, supporting the creation and refinement of Maximo and Mobility platforms that empower critical business transformation initiatives.

What You Will Do:
Direct the implementation of complete, start-to-finish Asset and Work Management (AWM) solutions, ensuring they align with business goals and organizational standards.
Establish and maintain robust solution support frameworks, including operational processes, procedures, and governance models to sustain long-term performance.
Promote strategic alignment between development streams and functional and technical teams to guarantee solutions meet Enbridge architecture and quality standards.
Review and approve functional and technical deliverables to ensure they are fit-for-purpose, scalable, and aligned with enterprise guidelines.
Define and enforce development guidelines across Maximo and mobility platforms to promote consistency, quality, and sustainability.
Coordinate transition-to-operations activities, ensuring operational readiness and a seamless handoff to Enbridge support teams.
Provide thought leadership in crafting solution strategy and roadmap, enabling a structured and sequenced enterprise-wide rollout.
Assess new Maximo and mobility features, guiding proof-of-concept projects to examine and confirm emerging solution possibilities.
Monitor solution development progress and proactively support all phases of delivery, including development, testing, deployment, cutover, and transition.
Support System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing by providing solution expertise, defect triage, and issue resolution mentorship.
Who You Are:
University degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Engineering, MBA) or equivalent professional experience with 7+ years of experience in crafting, developing, and delivering coordinated ERP solutions across processes, data, and technology domains.
Deep functional expertise in Maximo, with strong knowledge of Operations domain processes including Asset Management, Work Planning, Work Scheduling & Execution, Inventory, and Procurement.
Proven track record of implementing Maximo ERP software modules, consistently achieving delivery excellence.
Solid understanding of core business applications relevant to ERP, including integration, data, security, application development, and reporting.
Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple functional and technical fields.
Outstanding communication abilities, shown by leading multi-disciplinary business and project meetings, technical reviews with architects, developers, and subject matter experts.
Highly developed organizational and prioritization skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced program environment.
Demonstrated leadership ability to guide senior solution build resources and drive successful outcomes.
Working Conditions:
Office environment with travel between Enbridge regions/office locations up to 8-10 times per year.
Stress levels can be above normal as the work is highly visible and decisions affect all coordinated processes associated with new or changed business or operations.
Salary Range from $115,000 - $140,000 CAD for Ontario, Canada locations, based on candidate experience, skills, and internal equity. Applicable compensation policies and guidelines apply to internal candidates.
Physical Requirements include but are not limited to:
Grasping, kneeling, light – moderate lifting (objects up to 20 pounds), reaching above shoulder, repetitive motion, typing, sitting, standing, visual requirement (able to see screens, detect color coding, read fine print), hearing requirement and the ability to sit at a computer for long periods of time.

Ability to: understand, remember and apply oral and/or written instructions or other information, understand complex problems and collaborate/explore alternative solutions, organize thoughts and ideas into understandable terminology, organize and prioritize work schedule on a short-term basis, make decisions which have moderate impact on the immediate work unit and monitor impact outside this area, understand and follow basic instructions and guidelines, complete routine forms, compose letters, outlines, memoranda and basic reports and communicate with individuals via telephone.
