You’ll love it here! We are hiring immediately for a retail associate - keyholder, which we call a solutions advisor - keyholder at Best Buy. As a retail associate - keyholder, you will keep our store looking great and process our customers’ purchases, returns, trade-ins and more.

No experience required! Your everyday tech use has already given you a great foundation, and we’ll provide the rest of the training you need to assist our customers.

What you’ll do:

Work in all areas of the store to provide a complete customer experience, from finding the perfect product, to setting up the perfect services, to processing transactions
Share your passion for tech and your wide array of product knowledge
Assist with store operations by completing opening/closing tasks and receiving merchandise deliveries
Respond to customer escalations and other events when store leader is absent

What we’re looking for:

Enthusiasm to assist customers
Flexibility to adapt to dynamic situations in a fast-paced environment
A commitment to maintaining a safe and fun working environment
Must be at least the age of majority (18 or 19 years old depending on your province) to be able to process mobile activations

Base pay range

Hourly pay rate: $17.60 - $20.21
