What You'll Do:

  • Lead product analytics and customer insight generation across digital guest experiences.
  • Partner closely with Product teams to support experimentation strategy, KPI measurement, funnel analysis, feature performance tracking, and product optimization opportunities.
  • Support experimentation operations and measurement methodologies across digital products and guest journeys.

  • Support the evolution of self-serve analytics, reporting automation, and modern product intelligence capabilities.
  • Help identify opportunities for AI-assisted workflows, automation, and operational optimization across analytics and product processes.
  • Build strong cross-functional partnerships across Product, Engineering, Design, Operations, and business stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the evolution of experimentation practices, product intelligence frameworks, and analytics operating standards across the organization.

What You Bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in product analytics, digital analytics, experimentation, customer insights, or related analytical roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Business, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting digital product organizations with KPI measurement, customer analytics, and experimentation insights.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize large data sets into actionable recommendations.
  • Experience with digital analytics, reporting, and visualization tools.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain analytical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and business stakeholders.

What Helps You Brew Success:

  • Experience supporting mobile app, ordering, loyalty, payments, or digital guest experience ecosystems.
  • Familiarity with experimentation methodologies, A/B testing, and customer funnel optimization.
  • Exposure to AI/ML, personalization, predictive modeling, or automation initiatives.
  • Strong technical curiosity and interest in modern AI-enabled analytics workflows.
  • Comfortable operating in fast-moving, highly cross-functional organizations.
  • Product-minded and experimentation-oriented approach to analytics and customer insights.
