Position Responsibilities:
- Spearhead the planning and execution of business development initiatives across assigned branches, aligning with headquarters to deploy enterprise-level campaigns locally.
- Oversee the ZhonghongTong platform, ensuring effective management of promotional merchandise and marketing collateral.
- Lead end-to-end coordination of branch product seminars, including regulatory approvals, documentation, filing, and internal audits.
- Facilitate the Branch Market Committee—comprising agent representatives—to capture regional market insights and channel feedback into strategic planning.
- Drive sales incentive programs from conception to completion, managing associated logistics, performance analytics, and vendor procurement.
- Maintain accurate records of agent practice certificates and ensure timely communication of policy updates to headquarters.
- Ensure systematic maintenance and retention of departmental records in accordance with governance standards.
- Bear ultimate responsibility for internal control efficacy within the designated scope. Enforce adherence to legal, regulatory, and corporate compliance frameworks while embedding risk-aware and ethical business conduct. Escalate material risks or breaches immediately, accompanied by remedial proposals.
- Govern the creation, review, and archival of all departmental policy and procedural documentation.
- Establish region-specific operational protocols and standardized workflows to enhance efficiency and consistency.

- Partner proactively with headquarters functions to support strategic projects and organizational priorities.

Required Qualifications:
- Hold an associate degree or higher from an accredited institution;
- Possess a minimum of three years of relevant experience in the insurance sector;
- Demonstrate proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently;
- Maintain high performance standards in fast-paced, high-pressure environments;
- Exhibit advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, macros, data modeling);
- Achieve all role-specific key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational objectives defined by the company;
- Comply fully with the competencies and responsibilities detailed in the official job description.
