Senior Financial Analyst

- Perform accounting activities including preparation of standard and non-standard journal entries and complex general ledger reconciliations
- Support expense management processes such as budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial analysis
- Analyze financial results, identify variances, and provide meaningful commentary on key drivers
- Contribute to the preparation of financial reports, disclosures, and regulatory filings
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and recommend process improvements
- 3–4 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance
- Experience using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Experience in expense management, budgeting, and financial reporting
- Knowledge of accounting standards and regulatory reporting requirements
- Experience in general ledger reconciliations and journal entry preparation
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- Demonstrated initiative and ability to propose process improvements
