In this role you will be responsible for providing professional, attentive and accurate transactional banking services to business and personal clients and performing moderately complex transactional and ancillary services.

What will you do?

Process work volumes and provide consistent service within established benchmarks contributing to achievement of business Client Service Commitments and Service Level Agreements
Responsible for preparation and input of transactions relative to Night & Day deposits, ATM deposits and Cash Supply
Work on a variety of applications to complete client transactions process
Focus on getting work right the first time and take ownership for improving capability through building necessary skills
Ensure processes/controls are being followed to protect shareholder interests
Ensure all documents/data are examined for completeness and accuracy, and take appropriate steps to correct for client with focus on timeliness
Identify and recommend solutions to recurring errors and servicing gaps to Reporting Officer
Ensure adherence to Global Information Risk Management framework and Global Compliance mandated policies and procedures

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

Sound knowledge of Cash & Custody requirements folios
Sound knowledge of the Bank’s policies and procedures, products & services
Good knowledge of all circulars and folios relating to responsibilities including Money Laundering, Privacy, Negotiation of Items
Strong commitment to quality service
High degree of accuracy & sense of urgency
Ability to work well under pressure, in a fast paced environment
