Join us as an assistant demand planner and help execute our inventory strategy to ensure our products are available in-store and online for our customers!

In this role, the successful candidate is needed to be in the greater Vancouver, BC area, where we practice a remote first working model, leveraging in person interactions for strategic, collaborative, and social purposes.

What you will do as an assistant demand planner?

Analyze our inventory and sales data and provide your analytical insights.
Partner with our vendors around the world and analyze vendor performance to make informed decisions with our buyers.
Review and adjust location replenishment parameters and allocate the right quantities to each store and online.
Track and report overstock inventory.
Create, monitor, and update outstanding purchase orders.
Support the execution of planograms to ensure our stores are set up to best serve our customers.

What we’re looking for:

1-3 years of retail experience
1-3 years of retail buying, inventory management, or planning experience
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel – you love data!
Strong communication skills
Critical thinking – have a “seek to understand” approach
Great team player

Annualized Compensation Range

$55,000.00 - $62,000.00

This job is eligible for a company performance bonus in addition to the compensation range above.

Starting pay offered will consider skills and experience. Your pay can grow as you build your career with us.
