What You’ll Do:

This is a Site Reliability Analyst individual contributor role reporting to the Manager, SRE – Engineering Excellence. The role supports the reliability, availability, and operational stability of production systems by assisting with incident response, automation, monitoring, and CI/CD support.

The Site Reliability Analyst will work closely with senior SREs, DevOps engineers, and platform teams to maintain and improve existing automation, reduce manual toil, and learn industry‑standard reliability practices. Exposure to AI‑assisted tools will be needed, but this role does not require advanced AI or machine‑learning expertise.

Automation & Operational Support

  • Implement small‑to‑medium automation improvements to reduce manual operational tasks

  • Maintain and enhance existing scripts and workflows used by the SRE team

  • Use scripting (Python or Shell) to support operational processes and tooling

CI/CD & Platform Support

  • Assist with the support and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps

  • Help manage and validate infrastructure changes using Infrastructure‑as‑Code under supervision

  • Support containerized workloads and deployments in Kubernetes‑based environments

Observability & Monitoring

  • Help maintain monitoring, alerting, and dashboards to improve operational visibility

  • Assist in reducing alert noise and improving the quality of operational signals

  • Use observability data to support troubleshooting and incident resolution

AI‑Assisted Tooling (Exposure & Growth)

  • Use AI‑assisted tools (e.g., Microsoft 365 Copilot) to support documentation, investigation, and workflow efficiency

  • Assist with automation workflows using tools like Power Automate under guidance

  • Use applied AI tooling as part of ongoing development, not as a core ownership area

What You Bring:

  • College diploma or bachelor’s degree in a technical field

  • 3–5 years of experience in SRE, DevOps, cloud operations, or infrastructure support

  • Good scripting skills (Python, Bash, or Shell)

  • Hands‑on experience supporting CI/CD pipelines or deployment workflows

  • Practical exposure to cloud environments (Azure preferred)

  • Understanding of monitoring, alerts, and incident response

  • Exposure to observability platforms such as New Relic

  • Interest in AI‑assisted productivity tools (e.g., Copilot)

  • Exposure to Terraform, Bicep, or other IaC tools is a nice to have

  • Familiarity with Kubernetes or containerized applications is a nice to have

  • Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting mindset

  • Willingness to learn from feedback and documentation

  • Clear written and verbal communication

  • Attention to operational detail and follow‑through

Location: Oakville, Ontario (Hybrid: In-office 4 days a week)

We’re always looking for great talent! In addition to competitive pay, we offer:

  • Comprehensive benefits and retirement programs

  • Performance incentives, Continuing Education Programs

  • Other perks to support your well-being

  • Career growth opportunities and product discounts

Broadband Salary Range: $53,000 – $88,000 CAD.
Salary decisions are also dependent on other factors such as your experience, industry benchmarks, internal equity and other role-specific requirements. For critical roles, the compensation offering will be reviewed to ensure alignment with market rate and conditions and the unique value you bring to the role.
