Job Summary:
The Specialist, Customer Growth and Engagement, will play a crucial role in enhancing customer relationships and driving engagement strategies to support Manulife's growth in the Cambodian market. This role involves developing and implementing initiatives that foster customer loyalty, increase customer applications adoptions, and contribute to the overall success of our business.
Position Responsibilities:
- Lead initiatives to increase customer adoption and engagement via Manulife customer mobile application by implementing strategies to enhance user experience and satisfaction
- Manage content calendars and push notification portal for customer mobile applications to ensure the accuracy and consistency of contents release as well as promoting self-service features and other initiatives to increase customer digital active users
- Collaborate with the data analytics team to leverage customer data and insights into developing targeted upselling and cross-sell campaigns to enhance loyalty and retention.
- Develop, manage, and execute customer campaigns from concept to completion, and work with in-force management team to ensure alignment with business objectives and customer needs. Track and analyze campaign performance to optimize future initiatives.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, Product Development, Advanced Analytics, IT/Digital and the Customer Experience team, to ensure a cohesive approach to customer engagement and growth initiatives.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of engagement initiatives by tracking campaign performance and analyzing insights in related dashboards. Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and achieve desired outcomes.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Data Science or a related field.
- Proven experience in customer engagement, marketing, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Experience with digital platforms and mobile app engagement strategies.
- Knowledge of customer campaign management and execution.
- Familiarity with customer journey mapping and touchpoint optimization.
