In this role, you will greet customers and provide technical support or assistance in finding the products and services they need.

What you’ll do:

Help customers find the perfect product or service and respond to their questions
Assist customers with signing in their devices for setup, diagnostics, and repairs
Create an amazing customer experience
Assist with store operations by completing opening/closing tasks and receiving merchandise deliveries
Respond to customer escalations and other events when store leader is absent
Assist with training and mentoring team members

What we’re looking for:

1+ years’ retail experience in a technical customer service or retail sales associate role
Must be at least 18 years old
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Enthusiasm to support and assist our customers
Flexibility to adapt to dynamic situations in a fast-paced environment
A commitment to maintaining a safe and fun working environment
Excellent communication skills
