Working within the Transformation Management Office (TMO), this role partners with business units and initiative owners to drive accountability with initiative owners, disciplined execution, maintain visibility into progress, and escalate when progress is at risk to enable successful outcomes across cross-functional initiatives.

  • Workstream Execution & Coordination: Support the execution of transformation initiatives by tracking timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies. Work closely with initiative owners and teams to ensure deliverables are progressing on plan, proactively identifying gaps or risks early.

  • Operating Cadence & Reporting: Support governance forums such as the TN Decisions SteerCo and Weekly Exec Decisions (WED) by preparing and ensuring materials are decision focused, pre-reads are of high quality, and outputs are translated into clear action plans and follow-ups. Ensure reporting is not only accurate but insight-driven, clearly surfacing risks, trade-offs, and required decisions.

  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Coordinate across business units and functions to align on priorities, timelines, and interdependencies. Proactively identify misalignments, dependency risks, and trade-offs, and work with stakeholders to resolve them. Escalate conflicts when alignment cannot be achieved.

  • Financial Tracking & Value Support: Support validation and tracking of value realization, including identifying gaps between plan and forecasts.

  • Issue Identification & Escalation: Proactively identify risks and delivery challenges across workstreams. Support the development of mitigation plans and escalate issues to senior team members to ensure timely resolution.
