Operating as the integrator of the governance system, you’ll partner with and inform the Governance Design team to implement decision protocols effectively, Control Evidence to ensure eval results are human-understandable and maintain the telemetry feedback loop that drives continuous improvement across governance policy and eval design.

What will you do?
You will be responsible for all aspects necessary to create executable workflows in the following areas, including design, creation, escalation, protocols, authority levels, tracking etc.
• Runtime Decision Path Design
• Reviewer Workflow & Decision Support
• Evidence Presentation & Legibility
• Human Review Management
• Decision Routing & Execution
• Reviewer Training & Protocol Management
• Runtime Performance Monitoring
• Evidence Capture & Telemetry Feedback
• Remediation Owner Communication & Tracking
• Governance System Integration

  • 10+ years of experience in operational workflow design, decision support systems, governance operations, or risk review processes in heavily regulated environment.
  • You have experience designing and implementing AI governance workflows that enable consistent transparent and defensible decision-making across the enterprise.
  • You thrive in undefined environments, turning ambiguity into action by bringing structure to complex governance challenges and translating evolving regulatory guidance into practical, scalable solutions.
  • You have experience partnering with governance leaders, engineers, risk teams and business stakeholders to ensure governance decisions are operationally effective and easily understood.
  • You have built decision frameworks that clearly define authority, classify risk, surface meaningful evidence, and create intuitive workflows that support human decision-makers.
  • You are passionate about driving continuous improvement, establishing feedback loops, telemetry, and governance metrics to continuously refine decision quality, strengthen controls, and improve governance outcomes over time.
  • Strong expertise in human-centered design and UX for complex decision-making environments with ability to build or guide developers
  • Deep understanding of human factors including how to present complex information clearly, reduce cognitive load, and support good decision-making
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Human Factors Engineering, Risk Management, Systems Engineering, or related field with demonstrated ability to translate governance policies into practical, executable workflows

Nice-to-have

  • Technical credibility is valued. While this is not a hands-on engineering role, the ability to review architecture, understand code, and engage in technical discussions with engineering teams is a strong plus.
  • Professional certifications in operational management, process improvement, or risk management (e.g., FRM, Six Sigma, PMP, or equivalent)
  • Advanced degree in Operations, Human Factors Engineering, Risk Management, or related discipline
  • Direct experience with governance operations, model risk review operations, or output assurance processes
  • Familiarity with LLM output evaluation, risk classification, or experience designing reviewer training programs and governance protocols

  • Ability to make a lasting impact by designing the operational workflows that make AI governance decisions effective, efficient, and defensible
  • Work in a dynamic, collaborative, high-performing team at the forefront of AI governance and risk management in financial services
  • Flexible work/life balance options that support your professional and personal priorities
  • Opportunities to take on challenging, strategic operational work that bridges governance policy, technical evaluation, and human decision-making
  • Access to cutting-edge governance systems and opportunities for continuous learning in emerging AI risk management practices
